Frank Padron is a seasoned BioPharma executive with over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, and strategic leadership. As Vice President and General Manager of BioPharma at AliveCor, he is responsible for leading the company’s success with pharmaceutical and CRO customers. Prior to joining AliveCor, Frank served as Head of North American Sales for Medichem, a global CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization). Before that, he was the US Head of Product Licensing and Business Development at Salvat, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. His career began at Novartis, where he held diverse positions over 17 years, including roles in Sales, Operations, Managed Markets, and Patient Advocacy, which gave him a broad perspective on the industry.
