Ed Daley is a senior commercial executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth in digital health and enterprise solutions. At AliveCor, he leads the Employer and Strategic Alliances business, responsible for expanding our leading cardiovascular and hypertension solutions for employers, health plans, and their members. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Pelago Health, where he oversaw all commercial functions—including sales, strategic alliances, health plan partnerships, and client success. At Pelago, Ed secured partnerships with leading employers, health plans, and benefits consultants, and played a key role in raising both Series B and Series C funding rounds. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at Virgin Pulse (now Personify Health), progressing through multiple sales and leadership roles and ultimately serving as Regional Vice President of Sales for Enterprise markets. He has also held senior sales positions at ADP and FitLinxx, where he consistently delivered strong revenue growth. In addition to his executive roles, Ed serves as an advisor to emerging digital health companies, helping shape their market entry and growth strategies.
